Replacement and recovery policy

Replacement and retrieval:
- The client has the right to apply for replacement or recovery within seven days of receipt of the product.
- The product should be in the same condition as receiving and packaging.

- Freight charges are calculated.

The amount will be recovered within a maximum of 14 working days after the product"s safety has been confirmed.
Cancellation and amendment:
- The client has the right to cancel the application or adjust in case the application is only new.
- If the order is cancelled or modified and in the case of delivery, the customer will bear the freight charges and wait until the shipment arrives for us to complete the cancellation and recovery procedures within a maximum of 14 working days.
- The Belsam store is entitled to amend the shipping company after the client"s request.

Retrieval and replacement mechanism for LaBelle"s branches.
1. The client shall be entitled to recover and replace products within a maximum of seven days of the date of purchase, except for reduced products, which shall be one day for recovery and three days for replacement only.
2.Products cannot be recovered and replaced after the opening of the outer shell.
3. Replacement and retrieval shall take place in any of our branches.
4. The original invoice must be brought for the replacement and retrieval process.
5. Procurement from the branch cannot be replaced or retrieved from the electronic store .
