Value-added tax:
Prices include the value-added tax applied on the day of your application. Any change in the applicable value-added tax ratio will automatically be reflected in the price of products previously sold through their website.

Cancellation and amendment:
- The client has the right to cancel the application only in case the application is new.
- If the order is cancelled in case the customer (ready/going to deliver) bears the freight charges and waits until the shipment arrives for us to complete the cancellation and recovery procedures within a maximum of 14 working days.
- The Belsam store is entitled to amend the shipping company after the client"s request.
Guarantee:
All balsam devices are subject to the guarantee policy adopted within Saudi Arabia, which is a period of two years from the date of purchase.
- Guarantee the internal structure only so that it does not include the external structure of the product.
- Guarantee time is calculated from the date of the product " s application for the basic application
Replacement and recovery policy:
- The client has the right to apply for replacement or recovery within seven days of receipt of the product.
- Communicating with the customer service representative with the same number that was ordered, in case you were dialed from another number, we apologize for your service.
- The product should be in the same condition as receiving and packaging.
- In case the product is opened, it cannot be replaced or recovered.
- Freight charges are calculated if the client refuses to receive the product.
- Freight charges are calculated upon replacement or recovery.
- The Owen applications cannot be replaced or retrieved in the branches.
Instrumental problems:
• When there is a malfunction in your computer, you can contact the customer service representative.
• Provide a video of the problem you face in the device to the customer service representative, after verification, and you will be directed by the service representative to hand the device over to the nearest branch or be provided with a shipping policy for delivery to the shipping company.
• If the holidays are manufactured, the agent " s replacement device is shipped.
• If the holidays are found to be an abuse rather than a factory defect, the device will be recovered to the client and the customer will bear the freight charges.
• Replacement shall take place within 15 days of the arrival of the device at the Balsam store.
Presentations:
• The client is entitled to offer a piece and piece free of charge according to the products selected by the classification.

Deduction vouchers:

• The client is entitled to use only one code.
Approval of an application is tantamount to approval of all terms and conditions and does not bear the burden of not sharing them with the client
